Richard Stromberg
founder and president of Innovative Real Estate, Inc.
Richard is a lifelong professional who has devoted his life to a career in the real estate industry. Richard’s first Southern California multi-family acquisition occurred in 1979. Over the next eight years, he assembled several real estate investment portfolios and in 1987 Innovative Real Estate, Inc. had arrived. Richard created Vision with complete investments and operations “under one roof” to oversee his investments.
Today, Richard has been involved in the sales, leasing, asset management, construction, and development projects of several thousand units and over one million square feet of commercial offices and retail projects.
